La fecha fue constituida en el 2014 por el Senado de la Naci\u00f3n mediante la Ley N\u00b0 27.100, para homenajear al humorista gr\u00e1fico y escritor\u00a0 Roberto Fontanarrosa, nacido en esa fecha en el a\u00f1o 1944.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El \u00abnegro\u00bb Fontanarrosa naci\u00f3 el 26 de noviembre de 1944 en la ciudad de Rosario y fallecio en 2007.\u00a0 Esa fue la ciudad que am\u00f3 y donde permaneci\u00f3 hasta el final. Fue, adem\u00e1s de <\/span><\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/misionesonline.net\/?s=humorista#gsc.tab=0&amp;gsc.q=humorista&amp;gsc.page=1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">humorista<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, un gran dibujante, cuentista y novelista.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fontanarrosa fue un humorista, dibujante, cuentista y novelista, que se convirti\u00f3 en una figura clave del humor gr\u00e1fico en la Argentina y en un \u00edcono popular.
